Dipotassium phosphate DKP food grade is white crystal or crystalline powders, which is soluble in water and insoluble in alcohol. Its aqueous solution is alkaline and easy to weathering in dry air. When heated to 100 C, crystalline water is lost. It has strong Ph buffer and hygroscopicity.
Used to medicine and ferment industry, animalcule, Bacteria cultrue medium, PH buffering agents, The raw material for producing potassium pyrophosphate. Buffering agent for processing foods. Stabilizer for non-dairy coffee creamers.
